I love you.
You love me.
We’re a happy family. With a great big hug and a kiss from me to you. Won’t you say you love me too.
Not a fan of “Valentines Day” but am a huge fan of LOVE.
I love to love.
I love to love me.
I love to love you.
This world needs more love. Our family and friends need more love. You may even need more love.
In order to love others we must love ourselves first. I love myself first. It allows me to love greater towards my children, husband, family, friends and the wide diversity of individuals that I share this world with.
You may think to yourself – there are some people I just can’t love. The really hard to love people. The people that do not deserve love. The people that create hate. The people who destroy love. Sadly, we face this challenge and are exposed to it within our world everyday. These individuals are lost because of lack of love. They are taught to hate and live in darkness.
You don’t have to love individuals who are full of hate but yet SEND love to them.
Send love and light
I ask this of you today and for the rest of your days. Try to come from love. Its not as easy as you may think it is. You might say to yourself,” I come from love all the time”. Just as I said when someone told me to come from love at all times. I was told to do it for one week. I took the challenge and within 30 minutes I was not in a state of love because someone got me angry and a source of rage set in – not love. I had to take a step back, reflect and replace my anger with love. With time the anger quietly slipped away.
I am not saying that you can not be angry or upset with yourself and or others. We are human, we feel, we sense. However when you allow anger to linger and manifest into destructive forms this will create a variety of effects ( mental, physical and emotional) within yourself and onto others. Allow love to cure it. Nip it in the butt and reflect. Ask for help – surrender it up and you will feel the light and love again.
Trust me, it takes time and patience to come from love. I try to come from love and there are days that I do not. On the days were I lack love. I take a step back and start to love again. I had a episode this past week. I was gentle with myself because I am human and I felt darkness. I asked for guidance. I surrendered it up asking for help. I needed to come from love. Sometimes we need a greater source to guide us. Connect into your source which ever source that may be. For me, it is God.
Love comes in many forms. Love is patience, love is kind, love is respect, love is honor, love is nature. Love is so much more. Love can change your world and the world around you.
Show your love in simple acts of exchange. What ever that exchange may be. Holding a door open for someone. Saying “Thank You”. Allowing others to compliment you and accepting it graciously without feeling as though you need to say a compliment in return. Give a smile. Give someone a loving hug. Give yourself love to heal and forgive.
I wish you much love, peace and joy each and everyday. Take some time and send love out to our world and to those who are lost in darkness.
It takes a second of your time to say, ” I send you love and light”.
Love and Blessings,
